Mai Lee is open Tuesday through Sunday 11 AM to 9 PM.

The restaurant is located at 8396 Musick Memorial Drive, in the Brentwood neighborhood of the Greater St. Louis Area. Our menu is Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine, featuring over 200 dishes in total. We offer full service indoor seating, as well as a full bar area. Outdoor seating is available when weather permits. Our seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis and only take reservations for parties of eight or more.

Mai Lee is connected to a parking garage that provides ample parking for our guests. We are also steps away from the Brentwood MetroLink stop for those traveling via public transportation.
